Facility Maintenence Notice

Kindly note that due to scheduled maintenance, Go Golf Course will be closed from February 14th -25th, 2022. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We are constantly working on upgrading our facilities. Re-Opening date may be influence by the weather condition.

Epidemic Prevention – Operational Notice

In line with guidance provided by CECC and local Taoyuan authorities in relations to COVID-19, the Westin Tashee Resort Taoyuan has adjusted specific procedures and protocols.  We are open and are ready to welcome you back in the coming days, weeks and months.

The Wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is of the utmost importance to us, and hence, we implemented new procedures as well as further enhanced existing cleaning and hygiene protocols.  We remain diligent in our commitment to creating a pleasant and hospitable environment, in which all of us can feel as safe as currently possible.  Please contact us directly at your convenience should you have any questions or for reservations and we look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel to spend some relaxing and memorable time with your friends and loved ones.  See you soon at Westin Tashee Resort Taoyuan.

Epidemic Prevention

Following the most recent guidelines issued by CECC and local Taoyuan authorities around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), please note that the hotel implemented the below procedures so that all of us can feel as safe as currently possible:

 

General Information:

  • Masks must be worn at all times around the hotel when not in the pools or dining in our restaurants;
  • Further enhanced cleaning protocols are in place throughout the entire hotel;
  • Social distancing guidelines continue to apply and we ask for your kind co-operation;
  • Crowd control measures are in operation;
  • Kindly note that changes may occur based on unforeseen developments and announcements from the relevant authorities.

Resort Facilities:

  • All outdoor facilities are open following regular schedules;
  • Existing indoor and outdoor government capacity restrictions continue to apply.

Swimming Pools:

  • Maximum capacity restrictions in the pools apply and are based on overall size of each pool. Please be so kind to follow our team members’ instructions as needed;
  • Cleaning schedules need to be incorporated into the daily operation and we thank you for your kind understanding;
  • The outdoor pool operates are per the regular winter schedule from 09:00 to 17:00, and is closed from 12:00noon to 13:00 for deep-cleaning;
  • The indoor pool operates from 07:00 to 21:00 and is closed from 13:00 to 14:00 for deep-cleaning;
  • All areas around the pools will regularly be sanitized as per standing practice.

Kids Club

  • The Kids Club will be in operation and strict crowd control measures will be in place. Please be so kind to follow our team members’ instructions as needed;
  • This area will be open from 09:00 to 21:00 and will be closed from 12:00noon to 13:00 for deep-cleaning. Thank you for your kind understanding;
  • All areas will be regularly sanitized as per standing practice.

Gym

  • The gym will be available on a 24 hour basis and guests are kindly asked to follow social distancing guidelines.
  • All areas will be regularly sanitized as per standing practice.

Saunas

  • Saunas operate per usual schedules and practices;
  • They are available from 07:00 to 21:00;
  • Strict crowd control measures in place and areas will regularly be sanitized;
  • By appointment only via the Resort Center.

The Challenge:

  • The Challenge will be open from 09:00 to 21:00 for guests to play pool and mini-table tennis;
  • Appointments to be booked via the Resort Center.

The Voice

  • This KTV area remains closed as per current regulations.

Food & Beverage Offerings:

  • Strict crowd control measures apply and it is recommended to reserve dining times with each outlet after arriving at the hotel;
  • Social distancing measures apply;
  • All areas will be regularly sanitized.

Seasonal Tastes – Breakfast

  • Masks to be worn while moving through the restaurant;
  • Strict social distancing guidelines in place when picking up food from the buffet counter;
  • Full buffet in operation and individual serving utensil are available;
  • It is recommended to use gloves when getting the food;
  • Indoor and outdoor seating available;
  • Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 11:00.

Seasonal Tastes – Dinner:

  • Masks to be worn while moving through the restaurant;
  • Strict social distancing guidelines in place when picking up food from the buffet counter;
  • Full buffet in operation and individual serving utensil are available;
  • It is recommended to use gloves when getting the food;
  • Indoor and outdoor seating available;
  • Dinner is available from 17:00 to 18:45 for the first seating and again from 19:15 to 21:00.

LiXuan

  • LiXuan is in operations following a slightly amended schedule;
  • On weekdays, LiXuan will be open for dinner starting at 17:30;
  • On weekends and Public Holidays, LiXuan will open for lunch (11:30 – 14:00) and dinner starting from 17:30;
  • Up to 6 private and semi-private rooms available.

Lobby Lounge / Pool Bar / Happy Hour:

  • The Lobby Lounge will be in operation from 10:00 to 22:00;
  • Regular menu available;
  • The Pool Bar operational hours may be adjusted as per pertaining weather conditions;
  • The Happy Hour will be offered at the Pool Bar as per usual schedule from 20:00 to 21:30;
  • Social distancing guidelines apply.

The Deli:

  • Open from 10:30 – 19:00, offering a wide variety of take-away items.

In-Room Dining:

  • In-Room Dining will be available on a 24 hour basis & regular menu available.

 

Miscellaneous Comments:

  • The hotel will abide by all the relevant guidelines;
  • In line with Marriott’s ‘Commitment to Clean’ a wide range of cleaning procedure has been implemented, including higher cleaning frequencies or the use of electrostatic sanitizers, etc.;
  • Additional Alcohol dispensers have been positioned around the hotel;
  • Alcohol swaps have been placed in all guest rooms;
  • Temperature measurement procedures in place for guests and employees;
  • Changes may occur based on unforeseen developments and announcements from the relevant authorities.  Kindly note that the hotel will remain in close contact with CECC and other local authorities and adjust procedures as needed.
