EPIDEMIC PREVENTION - HOTEL CLOSURE NOTICE

The wellbeing of our colleagues and guests is of the utmost importance to us. Following advice in relation to the current level 3 alert from the CECC (Central Epidemic Command Centre), the hotel has temporarily closed until June 28, 2021.

We are in the process of informing all guests with upcoming arrivals and will assist them with amendments to their travel plans as necessary.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  The hotel will continue to maintain close contact with the CECC for further guidelines on when new bookings can be accepted and when the hotel can operate as normal.  We look forward to welcoming our guests back to the hotel and wish everyone all the best during these challenging days.

Epidemic Prevention

Dear Guests,

In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the following measures will be implemented by The Westin Tashee Resort, Taoyuan.

 

 

  • Wearing mask and checking body temperature are required for all hotel staff and contractors.
  • Guests must to wear masks and Body Temperature Check is required for every guest. The resort has the rights to reject guests with body temperature over 37.5°C or have symptoms of coughing.
  • Forehead thermometer is prepared to help guests measure body temperature for self-protection.
  • If any situation occurred or need any assistance, please notify on-site staff immediately.
  • Cleansing alcohol is placed at the staff entrance and resort public areas.
  • All furniture, floor and bathroom in guest rooms will be disinfected.
  • The resort staff will strengthened regular disinfection of the entire resort to maintain a clean environment.
  • Please notice that we will sterilize all our dining areas periodically. Kindly be reminded to wear a face mask and to keep a safe distance and avoid talking while waiting in line.
  • If the guest’s name is different from reservation order, the resort reserves the rights to refuse accomodation.
