Hotel Notice

Epidemic Prevention

Following the most recent guidelines issued by CECC and local Taoyuan authorities around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), please note that the hotel implemented the below procedures so that all of us can feel as safe as currently possible:

 

General Information

  • Masks must be worn at all times around the hotel when not in the pools or dining in our restaurants.
  • Further enhanced cleaning protocols are in place throughout the entire hotel.
  • Social distancing guidelines continue to apply and we ask for your kind co-operation.
  • Kindly note that changes may occur based on unforeseen developments and announcements from the relevant authorities.

Resort Facilities

  • All outdoor facilities open as usual, weather permitting.

Swimming Pool

  • The outdoor pool opens from 07:00 to 18:00 daily; closed for deep cleaning from 12:00 to 13:00.
  • The indoor pool opens from 07:00 to 21:00 daily; closed for deep cleaning from 13:00 to 14:00.
  • All areas around the pools are regularly sanitized.
  • Masks must be worn at all times when not in the pools.

Kids Club

  • Kids Club opens from 09:00 to 21:00 daily. Closed for deep-cleaning from 12:00 to 13:00.
  • All areas are regularly sanitized.

Gym

  • Gym opens 24 hours daily and guests are kindly asked to follow social distancing guidelines.
  • All areas are regularly sanitized.
  • In accordance with the Central Epidemic Command Center policy, please wear mask at all times in gym if not being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with 3 doses.

Saunas

  • Saunas open from 7:30 to 21:00.
  • All areas are regularly sanitized.
  • In accordance with the Central Epidemic Command Center policy, please provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with 3 doses for sauna, and Heavenly Spa access effective April 22, 2022.

The Challenge

  • The Challenge opens from 09:00 to 21:00 for pool and mini-table tennis.
  • Reservation required at the Resort Center.

The Voice

  • The Voice opens from 09:00 to 21:00
  • Reservation required at the Resort Center.

Dining

  • Strict crowd control measures apply and it is recommended to reserve dining times with each outlet upon check-in.
  • Social distancing measures apply.
  • All areas are regularly sanitized.
  • Seasonal Tastes
    • Masks to be worn while moving through the restaurant.
    • Strict social distancing guidelines in place when picking up food from the buffet counter.
    • It is recommended to use gloves when getting the food.
    • Indoor and outdoor seating available.
    • Breakfast available from 07:00 to 11:00.
    • Dinner available from 17:00 to 18:45 and 19:15 to 21:00.
  • LiXuan
    • 6 private and semi-private rooms available.
    • Lunch available from 11:30 to 14:00 on weekends and public holidays only.
    • Cantonese afternoon tea set available from 13:30-16:00 every Fridays to Sundays.
    • Dinner available from 17:30 to 21:00.
  • Lobby Lounge / Pool Bar / Happy Hour
    • Lobby Lounge opens from 10:00 to 22:00 daily.
    • Pool Bar opening hours may very due to weather conditions.
    • Happy Hour available at Pool Bar from 20:00 to 21:30.
    • Social distancing guidelines apply.
  • the deli
    • the deli opens from 10:30 to 19:00.
    • Take away items available.
  • Room Service
    • Room service available 24 hours daily.

Miscellaneous

  • In accordance with CECC policy, all arrivals must observe a 3-day quarantine follow by a 4-day self-initiated epidemic prevention. The hotel can only accept staying or dining guests arriving in Taiwan 8 days prior. Thank you for your kind understanding.
  • The hotel follows all relevant guidelines to safeguard your well-being.
  • In line with Marriott’s ‘Commitment to Clean’ a wide range of cleaning procedure has been implemented, including higher cleaning frequencies or the use of electrostatic sanitizers, etc.
  • Additional Alcohol dispensers have been positioned around the hotel.
  • Alcohol swaps have been placed in all guest rooms.
  • Temperature measurement procedures in place for guests and employees.

Changes may occur based on unforeseen developments and announcements from the relevant authorities.  Kindly note that the hotel will remain in close contact with CECC and other local authorities and adjust procedures as needed.
